Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, our legal basis is performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, compliance with a legal duty, consent, or Vimmi’s legitimate interests in operating and protecting its business and Services.

3. How information is shared

We may disclose information to Vimmi affiliates; hosting, security, communications, CRM, billing, support and professional-service providers; business partners involved in a service you request; and authorities or other parties when reasonably required by law or to protect rights and safety. Information may also transfer in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. International transfers

Vimmi and its providers may process information in Israel, the European Economic Area, the United States and other locations where they operate. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or contractual data-protection clauses. You may contact us for further information about the safeguard relevant to your information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including delivery of the Services, security, dispute resolution and legal, tax or accounting obligations. Retention varies by record type and customer instructions. We apply administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to local law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a portable copy of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also object to or opt out of direct marketing. We may verify your identity and may decline or limit a request where the law permits. You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

7. Children, third-party services and updates

Links and integrations operated by others are governed by their own privacy practices. We may revise this policy and will post the updated date; material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; introduce malicious code; bypass access or security controls; interfere with availability; obtain unauthorized access; scrape or probe the Services without permission; misrepresent affiliation with Vimmi; or transmit unlawful, deceptive or harmful material. Except where law expressly permits, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense or create a competing service from non-public elements of the Services.

Vimmi and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, designs, documentation, content, trademarks, inventions and underlying technology. No intellectual-property licence is granted except the limited right of use above. If you provide suggestions, Vimmi may use them without restriction or payment, provided this does not grant Vimmi ownership of your confidential information or customer content.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant Vimmi the rights reasonably necessary to host, transmit, process and support that content for you. You are responsible for having the permissions and notices needed to provide it. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the customer’s data processing terms.

6. Third-party services

The Services may link to or interoperate with third-party products. Vimmi does not control those products and is not responsible for their terms, availability, content or data practices. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences.

7. Changes, suspension and termination

We may improve, change or discontinue website features. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, material breach or harm to Vimmi, users or others. You may stop using the website at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. Vimmi disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Courts located in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
